Assessment Increase

The Board of Directors, in an open meeting held on September 18th, 2023, has reviewed all estimated budget expenses for 2024 and has determined the current assessment rate is not sufficient to sustain the Association’s operating budget. The Board of Directors, by majority vote, has approved an assessment increase for 2024.

The Board of Directors has approved an increase effective January 1, 2024. Assessments will increase from $225.00 monthly to $350.00 monthly. Payments for your assessments are due monthly in the amount of $350.00.
