The Board of Directors, in an open meeting held on September 18th, 2023, has reviewed all estimated budget expenses for 2024 and has determined the current assessment rate is not sufficient to sustain the Association’s operating budget. Essex Association Management will be closed Monday, July 3rd and Tuesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. All web submissions, e-mails, and phone calls will be returned in the order they are received beginning Wednesday, July 5th. In the case of an emergency, please dial 911.
