As the Managing Agent for the Courtyards at Normandy Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Board of Directors Meeting has been scheduled for Monday November 4, 2024, at 1:00 pm. Virtual meetings are open for listening and/or viewing business conducted by the Board. The purpose of this meeting is to approve the 2025 budget, and other normal business of the Association. If time permits, the Board of Directors will hold Q & A at the end of the meeting. Please hold you questions until then, or, you may email your questions in advance to dwyann@essexhoa.com or lori@essexhoa.com, and they will be referred to the Board.
