As the Managing Agent for the Courtyards at Normandy Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Board of Directors Meeting has been scheduled for Monday November 4, 2024, at 1:00 pm. Virtual meetings are open for listening and/or viewing business conducted by the Board. The purpose of this meeting is to approve the 2025 budget, and other normal business of the Association. If time permits, the Board of Directors will hold Q & A at the end of the meeting. Please hold you questions until then, or, you may email your questions in advance to dwyann@essexhoa.com or lori@essexhoa.com, and they will be referred to the Board.

The Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members is scheduled for Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be to elect three (3) Class A Members to the Board of Directors and discuss other Association business. Please follow the link below or visit your Association’s website at www.courtyardsatnormandyhoa.com to view and download all documents. Balloting is NOW OPEN and you cast your ballot online from the Association’s website. The deadline for casting your ballot is Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Please consider casting your ballot online today or use e-mail or fax to return to your ballots as indicated on the notice and ballot form. We look forward to you joining us at the February 24th Annual Election Meeting of the Members.
